The new marina consists of two short pontoon waterfronts, a breakwater pier intended for boaters and a new coastal waterfront. It is located on the outer northern part of the cove of Perčin in the Adriatic on the shore of the Tihi Channel, which divides the island of Krk from the mainland, and will be convenient for boaters sailing the northern Adriatic. The marina will be able to accommodate as many as a hundred vessels up to eighteen meters in length in the sea and also provide toilet facilities, a reception area and a small bistro.
